I am passionate about working with my clients to find a natural approach in improving their wellness. By incorporating my knowledge gained through various complimentary therapies I am able to support this process.

The reason behind me setting up Wimbledon Wellness was as a result of having reoccurring health issues over a number of years. The doctors couldn’t get to the root of these problems or fully understand why I was experiencing my symptoms. My doctor in the end decided to placed me, longterm, on a low dosage antibiotic to try and alleviate and treat these symptoms. However, in doing so, the effects of the antibiotics on my body only added to my health issues and the antibiotics never truly addressed the cause.

For me the turning point came about when my Pilates instructor introduced me to a complimentary therapist. This therapist encouraged me to seek an alternative approach to my health and general well being. With her help, my health improved dramatically and I stopped taking the antibiotics. With her continued support and advise my symptoms lessened and I finally felt empowered about my own health.

I felt so inspired by her holistic approach to health that I took the plunge and trained as an Aromatherapist. This fuelled my eagerness to expand my knowledge and I have since gaining qualifications in Reflexology, Natural Facelift Massage and Bach Flower Remedies.

My motivation is in enabling my clients to take a more holistic approach to their physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. We are living in a culture of treating the symptoms not the cause.
